The phlove23 Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using phlove23 is lawful in your jurisdiction. phlove23 does not accept registrations from players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions. To access the full features of the phlove23 Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) phlove23 Account. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If phlove23 determines that a player holds more than one Account, phlove23 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from duplicate Account activity pending investigation.
phlove23 is required to verify the identity and age of all players as part of its compliance obligations under the PAGCOR regulatory framework. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or voter's ID), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. phlove23 reserves the right to suspend Account activity pending completion of KYC.
You may request closure of your phlove23 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Funds in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlove23 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phlove23 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phlove23 customer support immediately.
phlove23 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify phlove23 of unauthorized access and phlove23 has had a reasonable opportunity to act on that notification.
Your phlove23 Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your Account to another person is void and may result in immediate Account suspension.
phlove23 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and bank transfers from BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted. phlove23 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or credit card gambling deposits, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.
The minimum deposit amount at phlove23 is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account. There is no maximum deposit limit, though phlove23 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large deposits in accordance with its AML obligations.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals follow standard Philippine interbank transfer timelines. phlove23 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own standard transaction fees. phlove23 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
phlove23 is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. phlove23 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. All suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.
All bonuses and promotions offered by phlove23 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games and certain other game types may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. phlove23 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; colluding with other players to exploit bonus terms; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
All Bonus Funds are subject to an expiry period as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus Funds that are not used within the specified period will be automatically removed from your Account. phlove23 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms published at the time the bonus was credited.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, phlove23 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's Account. phlove23 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the relevant wager. The decision of phlove23 in relation to any malfunction is final.
phlove23 is not responsible for any losses arising from internet disconnections, device failures, or other technical issues on the player's side during gameplay. Where a game round is interrupted due to a disconnection, the game will resume from the point of interruption upon reconnection where technically possible. If resumption is not possible, the round will be settled according to the game provider's standard disconnection policy.

phlove23 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phlove23 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlove23 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if phlove23 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phlove23's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your phlove23 Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phlove23 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond phlove23's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, power outages, internet service disruptions, or failures of third-party service providers.
phlove23 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phlove23 is committed to protecting your personal data and complying with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

phlove23 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phlove23 will provide notice to registered players via the email address associated with their Account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the phlove23 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phlove23 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting phlove23 customer support. phlove23 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent phlove23 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
